As headline partners, Unisys will be joining senior banking industry executives and thought leaders at the British Banking Associations’ flagship International Banking Conference. Register and talk to us about the issues shaping the industry over the coming years.

Eric Crabtree, Global Head of Financial Services, will lead Unisys’ participation on Thursday 20th October at etc venues, London, where he will deliver a key note presentation titled ‘Making Legacy Nimble’ at 11:25am.

Eric’s presentation will focus on how the most successful enterprises are reinventing themselves in the ‘Age of the Customer’, with empowered buyers demanding a new level of customer obsession. In a bid to explain current changes and future trends, Eric will also be looking at the market challenges and opportunities from an ageing workforce and legacy systems, through to the role of data analytics in understanding the customer.

The new USP digital banking platform launched in May 2016 between Unisys, Sandstone and PCT will also be in focus. The solution is designed to help financial institutions meet the changing needs of their customers by delivering secure digital banking services via multiple platforms including mobile devices, tablets and internet browsers.

USP is applicable to new market entrants or established financial institutions with the ability to deliver a digital omni-channel experience, including the origination of mortgages, loans, savings and current accounts, in a cost-effective solution. Eric will present how the platform provides built-in adaptive biometric and data analytics to securely identify customers and validate transactions, to reduce fraud and enhance the customer experience.
