Travis Parker


Travis L. Parker, Director and Global Solution Manager for Digital Workspace Services, responsible for Unisys solutions that drive Unisys strategic initiative to “Empower the Digital Worker,” such as Workspace Productivity as a Service and Office 365 solutions. In this role, he is responsible for assisting with strategy and managing solutions and services, pursuit and delivery of cloud-based, mobility-enabled digital transformation of workspace and workplace environments, with a focus on unified communication and collaboration technologies such as messaging, unified communications (IM, Desktop Sharing, Conferencing, Video and Telephony), content sharing, cloud-based storage. Previously, Travis led Unisys’ Ensemble Unified Communications solutions building a new portf​olio within Unisys taking our lessons learned from deploying Microsoft Skype for Business and developing proprietary tools to delivery successful solutions for clients such as Delphi and Amgen. Also, Travis led the Unisys IT Global Infrastructure Systems team, setting the strategy, design, delivery and operations of these same Digital Workspace technologies within Unisys globally.

Before joining Unisys in 2009, Travis spent 2 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, responsible for IT strategy and transforming their internal IT through 3 data center transformation projects and moving them from physical to virtual infrastructure and modernization of their productivity solutions, delivering an overall service availability of 99.95% from what had been less than 90% as well as managing a global team. Prior to Russell Reynolds, Travis led the Global Infrastructure Systems team at CompuCom Systems, Inc. for 7 years, transforming physical Windows server environments to virtual, drastically reducing the server footprint by over 400% and improving service levels 150%. Prior to CompuCom, Travis was a technical manager and lead solution architect for several startups well as roles in telecommunications, manufacturing and municipal government.

Travis holds a B.B.A. degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University. He also has several technical certifications in Microsoft as well as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
