Pierre Dagneau is an engagement manager in the End-user-computing practice which consists of Unified Social Business and Workplace-as-a-Service (WaaS) at Unisys. He is also a senior Thought Leader in successfully architecting and implementing WaaS including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Cloud and socially enabled Knowledge Management (KM) and Collaboration solutions.
Pierre has more than 30 years of experience in business and IT – from which 20 of those years were spent in the areas of KM and Collaboration. He has been managing a number of successful KM and Collaboration implementation projects both at European and local levels. From his operational experience, Pierre has developed expertise around KM and Social Business audits, assessments and roadmaps for various organizations. He also has expertise in organizational change and the implementation of Enterprise Social Networks solutions.
In addition to his End-User-Computing engagement manager responsibilities, Pierre is a member of the Unisys Knowledge and Collaboration Stakeholders council. He has been the KM Director of KPMG Consulting in Belgium and member of the KPMG European Learning and Development board. In 2004, as part of the Unisys/KPMG M&A program, Pierre has been leading the Human Resources, Operations and KM alignment programs (Integration of KPMG consulting within Unisys). Between 1996 and 2000, Pierre led the CSC European KM program.
