Isaac Levy
I’m Isaac Levy, the Lead DCTO Architect in the CTO Office at Unisys. I have 29 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on systems and enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, IT service management and solution portfolio and consulting services development. I help define our DCTO Portfolio Strategy and innovations.
I have extensive experience developing systems and solutions architectures, and have spent many years of my career as a technology and services architect, manager, director and executive, advising large organizations in all industry sectors on the adoption of technology and services architectures and quality improvement processes. I also have an extensive background in developing and leading consulting and technical services organizations.
I’m heavily involved in data center transformation, and am also a subject matter expert on systems architecture, cloud computing, disaster recovery and high availability, IT service management and governance, IT automation and process improvement.
I’m trained as a systems architect and have been involved in delivering strategic solutions and services architectures that includes needs analysis, process assessment, requirements definition, gap analysis, solutions design, investment justification and technology and services implementation. My specialty is ITSM process improvement utilizing ITIL best practices.
I hold certifications as an ITIL Service Manager, SAP BASIS Consultant and UNIX instructor, and have achieved many platform and operating system engineer, implementation and training delivery authorizations and certifications.
I live near Philadelphia with my wife and daughter, and have a passion for the outdoors, photography, gourmet cooking, collecting string instruments and playing and recording music.
