Brad ArnoldI’m Brad Arnold, Lead for Global ITO Product Management for Unisys IT Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services business. I’m also an adjunct professor of Global Strategic Alliances, Mergers and Acquisitions within the Villanova University Executive MBA Program.

At Unisys, I’m responsible for the strategy, scope, and direction of IT outsourcing services offered to Unisys customers inclusive of cloud and hybrid computing, end-user productivity, onsite services, IT security management, service desk, and remote infrastructure management services.

I’m a frequent presenter at industry conferences and client events, and contributing author to published articles in the areas of end-user experience management, IT service management, communications convergence, and closed-loop customer experience management in retail banking.

I served in various alliance leadership roles in the U.S. and in Europe prior to my current roles in product management. I led Unisys global alliance with Intel Corporation which constituted an OEM relationship and product and service offering development efforts in Unisys technology and outsourcing businesses.

Prior to this, I managed the regional relationship with Microsoft in the U.K., Continental Europe, Middle East, and Africa business theaters. And before this international experience, I was responsible for marketing for Unisys global alliance with Microsoft.

I also designed and taught Global Strategic Alliances, Mergers and Acquisitions as part of the strategy curriculum within The Villanova Business School’s Executive MBA Program. My course focused on the development and management of different types of business relationships as means of increasing control, managing risk, and navigating uncertainty within the value chain when implementing strategy.

My academic degrees include a MBA from The Villanova University School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in education from The Pennsylvania State University.
