Heather is responsible for defining clients’ social business requirements and translating them into effective, long-term strategies that drive adoption and promote employee engagement for a more collaborative enterprise.
Prior to joining Unisys, Heather launched nearly 100 social business software deployments for Sitrion, introducing the “new world of work” to thousands of global users. In her tenure with Sitrion, she became a trusted social business advisor to her C-level sponsors and maintains those relationships today. Her work for the Department of Defense earned her personal recognition from the Secretary of the Air Force for managing and deploying a collaboration strategy and tool.
During her 15 year consulting career, Heather has managed large-scale change management initiatives—directing teams that lead transformational change programs for clients who are embarking on strategic implementations of IT capabilities, as well as companies who need to align and reach corporate vision and goals. She has been responsible for designing and delivering change management programs for Fortune 500 companies, as well as large public education and government clients—successfully preparing organizations and their executives and employees for reaping the benefits of large-scale change. Heather has been a contributing author to CMS Wire, as well as a frequent Sitrion blogger.
