The Unisys team is excited to be attending this year’s IP Expo Europe taking place from 5th – 6th October at London’s ExCeL centre. Come visit us at stand CC8 to learn all about the changing world of the digital enterprise and how our Stealth solution suite can lower risks and costs in the fight against cyber threats.
Tom Patterson, Unisys’ Chief Trust Officer and Vice President of Global Security will be delivering a keynote on ‘The Four Keys to Locking Cloud Security’ in the Future of Threat Intelligence theatre at 13:00 on day one. This engaging session is all about learning how to extend identities, keep keys safe, segment processes and automate transfers – all from one of the industries most renowned and sought-after security speakers.
Tom has helped secure projects as diverse as the launches of a space shuttle and aircraft carrier, protected oil rigs, banks and hospitals from terrorists, organized criminals, and foreign intelligence services, as well as protected high profile programs at the United Nations and United Way.
On day two, Tom will be in action again this time joining up with Max Peterson, from Amazon Web Services (AWS), to discuss ‘Delivering Lower Cost and Lower Risk in the Cloud’. This promises to be a really exciting session and will examine the risks and rewards of doing business in the cloud and highlight how to build safe and simple paths to move workloads into the cloud, without giving up control. The duo will also discuss their long standing partnership, and how Unisys’ Stealth technology is delivering micro-segmentation on the AWS Cloud, as well as how their joint solutions are helping a major intergovernmental organisation in its fight against international tax fraud.
A host of other Unisys executives will also be on hand during the two day event to address important topics including data management, cloud migration, digital transformation, and the ever-present issue of cyber-crime.
