Unisys named Innovation Award Winner and Platinum Partner by NexthinkI’m very pleased to announce that Unisys was awarded with Nexthink’s IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) Innovation Award at the company’s Analytics’15 event in Geneva, Switzerland.

It’s the second year running that Unisys has been presented with an award by Nexthink. Last year we received its partner of the year award and last week we received the innovation award for our D2ESC solution for data driven endpoint scenario clustering.

In a nutshell, D2ESC – supported by Nexthink technology – identifies end user profiles by clustering endpoint devices with similar characteristics. The advantage being that it can define digital workspace transformation solutions based on evidence of user behaviours, rather than data gathered from high effort/low data quality manual assessments of how a workforce operates.

This has immediate ROI when it comes to starting complex digital transformation projects such as our Workspace as a Service (WAAS) solutions. WAAS enables organisations to securely deliver employee access to corporate systems on any device, perfectly tuned to each user’s needs. Virtualised WAAS resources also improve availability, compliance and the ability to deliver new services.

This award is the result of a great 2014 with Nexthink, both in terms of increased business opportunities, our new partner status (moving up from gold to platinum) and a strong solution alignment with Unisys’ offerings in End User Computing, WaaS, VDI, security and Big Data analytics. Our new platinum partner status is very exciting as it positions us as a key strategic partner to the company with more visibility, support and opportunities to be part of the Nexthink R&D roadmap.

Here’s to a successful 2015 in partnership with Nexthink!
