Come and see us @ the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona – 18-20 November ‘14

We’ll be joining Microsoft on its booth in the Smart City Plaza – alongside other CityNext partners – at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, where representatives from more than 300 cities around the world will debate issues relating to sustainable and efficient metropolitan development.

It’s believed that for the first time in history, more than 50 percent of the world’s population lives in urban areas and, by 2050, nearly 70 percent of people will live in cities. Naturally, this intensifies problems such as aging infrastructure, hazards to public health and safety, pollution, crime, traffic and delivering digital services to the public and local government as and when they need them.
