I’m Sam Gross, Vice President of Global IT Outsourcing Solutions at Unisys Corporation. It’s my job to lead the vision, strategy, technology development, and implementation for Unisys innovative Global IT Outsourcing Solutions.

Global IT Outsourcing Solutions drives the alignment of market challenges and definitions. It establishes Unisys’s distinctive niche to compete with a well-defined set of managed service products, delivering greater return on investment to clients and stakeholders.

It’s my job at Unisys to watch over the development of emerging technologies and strategic markets, drive a transformational portfolio to create high growth, and establish service management as a competitive strategy and end-to-end differentiator.

I am an industry expert, speaker, and thought leader in IT end-user outsourcing and support services, business and IT alignment, application management, service management, and enterprise systems management. My experience spans information technology, financial services, telecommunications, federal contracting, retail, and manufacturing.

With more than 20 years of experience leading transformational IT change in the United States and abroad, I have been able to drive innovation across strategic planning, IT process re-engineering and implementation, and technology and product management.

Before I joined Unisys, I was in charge of global architecture and engineering at CSC, including the development of the company’s first standard service model and associated technologies. I served as Chief Technology Officer for CSC’s Nortel Networks and Aon accounts, as well as its U.S. Army IT programs. I’ve held various leadership positions at Siemens/Entex Information Services and in CIGNA’s Enterprise Systems Group.
