Ron Gosdeck

I’m Ron Gosdeck, Vice President, Global Recruiting for Unisys. I direct a team of recruiters across all major geographies including North America, Latin America, the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia/Pacific.

In total, I’ve spent over 30 years with Unisys. I was the Vice President and Managing Business Partner for the U.S. Federal Government Group; led a strategic executive project to identify and resolve performance issues in Europe; ran a P&L organization; was head of HR for the Worldwide Information Technology organization; and performed leadership roles in Employee Training and Development, Talent Management, and Employee & Labor Relations.

For a time, I lived in Kuwait City, Kuwait, and was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for Agility’s Defense & Government Service business group. I was responsible for strategy and operations of the HR function.

I graduated from St. Michael’s College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
