I am John Keller, Director of Cloud Product Management for Unisys. I am responsible for our portfolio of IT automation products and technologies as well as for our Secure Private Cloud solution. I have spent almost 25 years working in the Information Technology industry and held many roles both in the United States and internationally in marketing, program and product management.
Prior to my current role I was engaged at Unisys as Director of Solutions and Services Management for Microsoft Solutions. In that capacity I was responsible for our desktop virtualization solutions, both on premises and in the cloud. Before I transitioned to cloud-related solutions, I held roles as both Marketing Manager and Product Manager for the Unisys Enterprise Server program.
Before joining Unisys in the United States, I held the position of Program Manager for Enterprise NT for Unisys Switzerland. Although I am American by birth, I grew up in Switzerland and joined Unisys there in 1991 as a Consultant for PCs, servers and solutions. I started out my career in IT, managing systems for several medium-sized enterprises in Switzerland.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
Having successfully transitioned back to the United States after living in Switzerland for the majority of my life, I now reside in Pennsylvania with my wife and two teenage children. I am an avid Skier and love Volleyball. I read Fantasy and Science Fiction relentlessly. I keep my family happy by baking bread at least once a week and I am currently building a cob (clay/straw) oven in my back yard so that I can bake rustic loaves and pizza the old-fashioned way.
