Burak Bilir

I’m Burak Bilir, Enterprise Architect with the CTO office. I have 18 years of experience in the IT industry under my belt, focusing on business and enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, and solution portfolio development.

I’ve spent many years of my career as a business and technology consultant in financial services and the public sector advising large organizations on adoption of technology.

I have extensive experience developing business and solution architecture. I’m heavily involved in enterprise architecture matters and I’m considered a subject matter expert on Application Modernization, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Collaboration, Application Integration, and IT Governance.

Not only have I been trained as a business architect, but I have been involved in delivering strategic advisory services that includes needs analysis, business modelling, requirements definition, options analysis, and investment justification.

I have a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in International Finance. I live in New York with my wife and two children.
