Bob Vavra is an engineering program manager within the Unisys ClearPath program, managing the direction and priorities of the OS 2200 software portfolio. He has a broad range of technical and managerial experience in operating systems, middleware, development tools, and management tools for ClearPath, UNIX, Windows, and Linux systems. He holds two patents in operating system technologies. His first client-server application, deployed initially in 1986, is still in productive use today. Bob earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Michigan State University and the University of Minnesota.
